Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or GARÇON store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through the Self-serve Returns Portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returns are subject to a handling fee.

Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on engraved products due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our engraved products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to GARÇON. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty packages, reseller activity, or fraud).
