What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or GARÇON store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our returns portal to be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returns are subject to a handling fee.Shipping costs will be deducted from all returns or exchanges. Any items made in custom sizes are not available for return.

What sizes do you suggest for kids? 

For bracelets we suggest a size 5.5 from ages 2-9 years old. After that we would recommend a full size they can grow into of 7 inches. For necklaces we recommend 16 or 18 inch lengths. 

Who is this brand for?

We are marketed towards boys and dads after feeling like there was nothing like this out there for them, but of course our line is available for anyone! We love for girls, moms, or non-binary persons to wear our designs. 

Can babies wear your jewelry? 

We don't suggest our line for babies. Our collection is suggested for ages 2 years old plus. We don't suggest allowing children to put any of our products in their mouths as it can be dangerous to the child's safely as well as the care of the products. 

Can my child wear their jewelry all day and sleep in it?

Our items are solid metal and designed to be sturdy. However we suggest parents use best judgements on what situations are and aren't appropriate for wear. 

Can you repair my chain if it is broken? 

Yes, we can repair any items purchased however we will charge a small repair fee depending on the damage. If an item is damaged beyond repair we can charge a restocking fee for a new item. 

Do you have a storefront?

We do not currently have a retail location. If you would like to see any of our pieces, you can make an appointment to see the pieces in person at our Manhattan office, located at 580 5th avenue. Please note our office is by appointment only. We are a small company so we are happy to accommodate out of town visitors during our off hours.

After I place an order, when can I expect to receive my item?

Items in stock will ship within 1-7 business days. If an item is not in stock it may take 3 weeks or more to deliver. We will contact you with timing updates should your order be out of stock. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, Zelle, cashier’s or bank checks, or personal checks (which will have to clear before the item is sent out). Please contact us directly for wire transfer instructions.

Why is my order to Rhode Island getting cancelled?

We're dedicated to the highest standards of safety and quality for our products. Currently, we are unable to ship to Rhode Island due to the state's Comprehensive Children’s Jewelry Safety Act. This legislation requires children's jewelry designed for 12 years old or younger to conform to strict testing standards outlined in ASTM F2923-20.
